Apple and Samsung face in U.S. courts next week. This is a long-awaited trial, then it will decide whether or not Samsung plagiarized designs and iPad iPhone to play on their own products.
Days before the trial, various media have had access to drafts of the defense of Apple and have discovered some very interesting points to be presented against Samsung. It seems that the South Korean company received several touches of attention to this issue before to launch their products to market. According defend Apple's legal team:
- In February 2010, Google warned Samsung's strong resemblance keeping their tablets (the Galaxy and Galaxy Tab Tab 10.1) with the iPad.
- In 2011, the Group own product design at Samsung said it was "regrettable that the Galaxy S look so much like the old iPhones."
- Several independent designers Samsung warned of the similarity of the design of Galaxy S with the iPhone.
In addition, Samsung will display in the trial design sketches of its smartphone back to the year 2006, before the original iPhone was introduced and try to prove that Apple was based on designs of smartphones from Sony to mold his iPhone.
