Google surprised us last month with the arrival of Chrome application for IOS devices. Google's browser has had a great response among users, as reflected a survey we conducted in iPhone News , and is starting to be a tough competitor to Safari. Although Apple's browser is still dominating in IOS platforms, many users are making the jump to the Google option.
On statistics developed by Chitika platform, we see how the application Chrome already accounts for 1.4% of network traffic in less than a month. This is a fast growing, even though Safari - to be the default browser IOS devices-is at the top with 86%. The remaining 12.6% is related to other applications such as Facebook or Twitter, where you can open browser windows.
Chitika is an advertising network that brings together all this information from the platforms on which your ads, so we can take this data as a reference to the growth of Chrome on IOS devices.
