Waze is a hybrid application that combines the qualities of a social network along with an application that offers traffic and navigation.
If the downloads, you get traffic information and live alerts (many of them generated by other users) in which we may be advised that we approach police checkpoints, cameras, an area with traffic jams or hazards.
If we are in high traffic area, Waze will offer an alternative to our journey and guide us turn by turn voice. The maps are dynamic and change depending on road conditions so forget about having to update the maps regularly.
