Jay Freeman (saurik) @saurik The launchctl issue also affects you if you used redsn0w to install the 5.0.1 untether. I have built 1.0-3, which can upgrade redsn0w users.

Corona 5.0.1 untether the Cydia tweak that turns your tethered jailbreak untethered IOS 5.0.1 on, has been updated to version 1.0-3 solving some errors in the initial version, especially the error launchctl has been the most common .
It is recommended update if you have not noticed any error.
If you used Redsn0w for untethered jailbreak 5.0.1 IOS is also recommended to install this package to solve possible problems now and later.
