Curious image that comes to us today from iClarified . It is a touchscreen phone with Hartmut Esslinger designed by Apple in 1983. Hartmut Esslinger was hired by Apple in the 80's to create a touchscreen phone, a dream that would not be fulfilled until twenty years later.
The image is revealed to the public after years of being locked up. One of the things that stands out is the stylus, knowing the animosity that Steve Jobs produced such interactions.
Although this design never got to translate into reality, Apple seems to have inspired since for many projects. Hartmut Esslinger came to collect a million dollars this year thanks to the contract that Apple offered.
