chpwn Zephyr has released a new tweak in Cydia that allows us to use a series of gestures to control multitasking, both access to the lower bar, how to move between open applications.
To use it, just have to deslizae your finger from bottom to top (on the edge of the screen), and will appear multitasking bar, and the same action but horizontally, switch between your open apps.
This tweak is compatible with the iPhone and iPod Touch, since the iPad 2 models already have mutitáctiles gestures that do the same.
