Tutorial: Change the telephone company the image you want

Finish the year with a new look with the guidance to change the text bring to our phone company to a picture that you like better. Doing this is super easy and for that fact should be taken Jailbreak, Winterboard and accessed by SSH .

This is a good reason to jailbreak your device and the steps to make your iPhone unique, as always, after the jump.

Before, we advise that this is tested on an iPhone 4 and also in a 3G iPhone, both with Movistar Spain. If instead you have an iPod or iPhone wifi not follow this guide, we will soon publish another post.

Tutorial to change the phone company on iPhone and iPhone 3G

• If you have not already, we will need Winterboard (Cydia) to create the Themes folder in private / var / stash. Access to this route.
• Create a folder for our theme, for example "EsferaiPhone.theme"
• Within the "carpeta.theme" create another called Bundles
• Within Bundles create another folder named com.apple.Telefonica_es (for Movistar in Spain, another company if you read the end of post).
• In this last folder save images that concerns us size 110 × 40 px, transparent background and format. "Png". If you have a 3G iPhone set it to size 60 × 20, or other measure which does not exceed the height marked.
• The images are 3, although it seems that the iPhone uses two, Default and FSO:
  - Default_CARRIER_movistar_1only_.png - status bar of white.
  - FSO_CARRIER_movistar_1only_.png - black background or main image.
  - TS_CARRIER_movistar_1only_.png - include in the theme just in case.
• Unfortunately, the iPhone 3G only responds to the FSO, it does not show a white status bar menus, so in this case just need a picture.
• We select our theme in Winterboard and respring do.

Other companies:

• Users of Orange and Vodafone in Spain must follow their respective employers to work properly:
• Orange follow this pattern -> theme / Bundles / com.apple.Orange_es
  - Orange Default_CARRIER_ _1only_.png
  - Orange FSO_CARRIER_ _1only_.png
  - Orange TS_CARRIER_ _1only_.png
• Vodafone follow this one -> theme / Bundles / com.apple.Vodafone_es
  - Vodafone Default_CARRIER_ _1only_.png
  - Vodafone FSO_CARRIER_ _1only_.png
  - Vodafone TS_CARRIER_ _1only_.png
• Other companies seek our own path in System / Library / Carrier Bundles / iPhone and you look at the completion of the files that match the country. If that route our company has pictures retina (@ 2x) add it after the name as indicated in the theme files.
• Listed Spanish companies that use the Movistar network can probrar the theme for this company without making changes.

Note: In some apps disappear completely theme, there is no solution, but if you return to the Springboard will appear.
