TinyUmbrella, the application that allows you to save SHSH your device from your Windows or Mac computer has just been updated to version 5.10.00 which saves the IOS SHSH 5.1 Beta 1 for all devices including the iPhone 4S.
Right now the IOS SHSH 5 does not serve, and you can not do a downgrade, you can find out why in this thread . But still recommend saving if hackers manage to discover how to use them later.
