NCInstaCall is a new tweak to the notification center that will allow us to draw from it. NCInstaCall name appears in the notification center and pressing it will display a keyboard from which to make a speed dial. Would be nice to add Favorites or recent numbers rather than just to check.
Remember to go to Settings to activate it when instaléis.
