The DevTeam updated Redsn0w to solve problems for some users

The DevTeam has just updated to version 0.9.9b9d Redsn0w to jailbreak 5.0.1 tethered to IOS. Solving some problems especially for Windows users.

Preserves the baseband creating a custom firmware (Mac and Windows) but Ultrasn0w EYE is not yet compatible with IOS 5.0.1, however Gevey if it will work (if your baseband is released).

Remember that it is a tethered jailbreak (tied) and need to restart Redsnow increasingly using the "just boot tethered right now" (including the first time or you do not run Cydia or Safari).

Supported devices:

• iPhone 4
• iPhone 3G
• iPod Touch 3G
• 4G iPod Touch
• iPad 1

4S NOT work on iPhone or iPad 2.

In iPhone 3G with old bootrom is untethered.
