The star of this WWDC 2012 has been the introduction of IOS 6 , where Apple has been refining those things that worked well in previous versions. The presentation began with Siri, the wizard's voice 4S iPhone now will jump to the new iPad . We fear that the original iPhone and the iPad 2 were left out this time.
As we have seen, Siri can do many more things now. For example, you can ask about the outcome of a game you just played and she will respond kindly telling how were the teams. We may also ask for player statistics.
They have also improved the search of restaurants and bars, providing much more information and ordering the results according to the rating they have given their people. From the IOS itself can book a table at many of them.
During the presentation, the assistant was asked why Apple were taking in a movie theater. Responded instantly, and even asked him to find some movies starring actress. The conversation shows natural and fluid as ever. Apparently, all these services are provided through agreements with some of the leaders of each sector.
Siri has also learned to launch applications only ask Him to send tweets without having to look at the phone (we do dictating while driving, hands-free). They are collaborating with many car manufacturers to incorporate a special button for it in the wheel of their models.
And what many were expecting: Siri speak Spanish among 15 other languages. They have not dared to give a date but hopefully in a few months.
