6 Now you iOS Requests Permission to Collect Your Data

The changes introduced by Apple in developing the latest version of IOS are not few. Although many of them presented with great fanfare in the past Keynote WWDC 2012, these days we are learning some very interesting features.

Today we will look at the new privacy control. Now, the first time we enter an application, we skip a box will ask what information will be accessible. We recall that this was done only for the location.

Specifically, IOS 6 allows us to set the privacy on access to contacts, calendars, reminders, pictures and location. And this setting will be separate for each application.

Good to know that Apple is concerned that users we feel safe about where they end up our data. After the scandal last year on the locations that were kept, it appears that the Apple company is willing to give more user control over the privacy of apps.

Hopefully with initiatives how are you disappear from the App Store some applications that made a dubious use of our data.
