iOS 6 was the most successful Apple Keynote

Forget the ads for the new MacBook Pro with Retinal Display, OSX Mountain Lion and other products that might arise in the past WWDC on June 11.

If we measure the success of a product by the number of tweets generated by its presentation, this time that takes the cake is iOS 6 , the new mobile operating system from Apple.

Simply Measured has analyzed over 150,000 tweets that were made on Monday for two hours with the hashtag # Keynote WWDC. It is apparent that 18% of the tweets were about iOS 6. Second place went to the new MacBook model with Retina Display, with 15%.

The new version of OSX on the other hand, was left with a modest 6%. On the other hand, it is curious to see a device that is not presented, the new iPhone, filled the 5% of the tweets, adding all those people unhappy and disappointed by the absence of the smartphone.

The truth is that these results are not at all surprising, considering that over 50% of profits come from the Apple sales IOS devices.
