Samsung will continue to sell their phones in the U.S.

Apple had many many wins in his legal battle against Samsung for the copying of designs, but now Samsung has given a blow to the company on the block. Cupertino's legal team had asked the California court to block sales of smartphones from Samsung in the United States, as already applied in other countries like Germany and Australia, where Samsung is finding real problems to sell your tablet.

The judge handling the case has rejected the request of Apple and Samsung will continue to sell its smartphones in the U.S., one of the most important markets for the Korean company. A decision that Samsung lists as "successful" and that "demonstrates the lack of evidence by Apple."

This is not the end of the battle, as Apple will continue to attack his rival in the field of patents.
