Preference Folders allows you to create folders in the settings of your iPhone and place it over the settings you use, or simply order them, and that the adjustment goals in the folder no longer appears on the screen, making it more comfortable for short and long list of settings.
You can enter into that folder as the default settings of the iPhone as App Store applications or settings tweaks and Cydia applications.
