Apple and Samsung are already fully immersed in the trial that began last Monday. Apple's legal team began their presentation to the jury showing several slides, among which were pictures of Steve Jobs presenting the iPhone and the iPad.
The appearance of snapshots of the deceased did not like Samsung's lawyers, who asked the judge hearing the case to avoid such images during the trial. However, the judge dismissed the application for Samsung as it considers relevant images for trial. They give prominence to the main presentations of the first device and the image of Steve Jobs.
It is clear that Samsung's legal team wanted to avoid that these pictures some emotion in the jury.
