Apple's case against Samsung explained in 3 images

As you know, Apple and Samsung are locked in a legal battle quite important. Apple believes that Samsung copied his smartphone and tablet intentionally, and calls for more than 2,000 million dollars in damage.

The debate over whether or not to copy Samsung Apple has been around since the Cupertino filed the original complaint in April last year. We have seen several pictures of Apple prototypes , but these three images with which Apple is hoping to convince the California court handling the case.

AllThingsD has released these three images that Apple has introduced as evidence at trial. In them, Apple continues the evolution of Samsung smartphones and tablets before and after the iPhone and the iPad will be presented.

These images truth is that they are quite convincing and it is seen as Samsung completely changed the design of its smartphones shortly after the release of the first iPhone. Keep in mind that in 2006 and 2007 to Samsung Windows Mobile phones, pointers and sliding keyboard. In late 2007, after launching the iPhone, Samsung began to launch touchscreen devices and application-oriented operating system. Coincidence? I think not.

Of course, one can argue that this was the trend of smartphones at the time, but that's another debate. The next step was the tablets.

The top image shows the evolution of the tablets from Samsung to launch the first iPhone , and after this release. The first Apple iPhone was introduced in January 2010 and went on sale in April of that year. Again, it seems that Samsung has changed dramatically the design of their products after seeing the Apple design. The image also shows other tablets, such as Barnes and Noble Nook or the Acer Iconia to show that Samsung did not necessarily have to do your tablet as a rectangle with black border.

As the trial will go forward putting more and more interesting, as many as there are 2,000 million dollars at stake. Stay tuned.
