This week has begun in California trial that pits Apple and Samsung in the courts. Although we take a few days, Samsung's legal team has started to make mistakes that have not liked anything to the judge of that matter, Lucy Koh.
Apparently, a lawyer for Samsung insisted to the judge who authorized the inclusion of new evidence in the case, but the legal team of the South Korean company has come out of time. The lawyer, John Quinn, has come to insist on three occasions to include this material, but the judge threatened to punish the lawyer if he kept insisting.
Samsung wants to show at trial the evidence was obtained that Apple was trying to copy the designs of Sony products when he devised his first iPhone. In addition, Samsung's defense attorney wants to show to the jury F700 sketches of your business phone, a prototype designed internally a year before Apple introduced its iPhone in 2007. These data could be very important to change the course of the trial, but have come too late.
Samsung's legal team, unhappy with the attitude of the judge, decided to take the matter to other areas and rejected all the evidence sent to various media in the United States. Quickly Apple's legal team took action and put this matter to the attention of the judge, who requested an urgent appointment with the lawyer for Samsung to find out who was responsible for this leak.
The fact that Samsung will take the law into their own hands, has not been successful.
