I remember one family had a HTC Diamond and function including wearing flip the phone to hang up calls, as its accelerometer did not work all that well if you are carrying the phone in your pocket and call you half of the time it just hung .
Either way you can now add this simple option to turn your phone to hang the iPhone, very comfortable if you're in a meeting, a call and you forgot to put it in silence, you turn and forget, to least until you hear again ... seems easier to put it on silent when it rings, but certainly more than one would love to add this option to your iPhone. Shake the phone also allows to mute the call.
You can download for free from Cydia, you'll find it in the BigBoss repo. You need to have done the jailbreak on your device.
