Last Monday began in San Jose (California) the trial between Apple and Samsung, in which the South Korean company will try to fend off accusations of plagiarism design by showing that its rival Apple copied the design of the phones from Sony.
Apple has had to reveal all type of documents that are displayed prototypes of the iPhone that never saw the light. Before the trial started we taught you these pictures and now iPhone News, Web AllThings D had access to new prototypes that will be taught at the trial.
In these images we can see the controversial iPhone sketch that is inscribed with the Sony brand. Apple's legal team will have to explain why it appears the mark of his competitor in that sketch. Moreover, as a curiosity, we see that most of the prototypes have recorded the brand "iPod" likely to confuse anyone who tried to filter out that Apple was making a smartphone.
