Bluetooth 4.0 to pass data in IOS 6 and 9-pin connector

It is rumored that Apple is working on a way to pass data between IOS devices via Bluetooth 4.0, allowing the transfer of all content seamlessly from iPhone to iPhone, or, theoretically, even a supposed iPod nano clock, also rumored. This type of connectivity has dreamed / speculated for over a year, but now Jeremy Horowitz of iLounge, says it could be expected to incorporate it in IOS 6. As Jeremy says:

"This feature will allow, for example, a future iPod nano to show iMensajes received on the iPhone, record voice notes could be shared through the iPhone, and even initiate phone calls through their own headphones. One could also conceive of the possibility of making calls from your iPhone through the iPhone (or even through the Mac), assuming that iPhone was paired with the computer via Bluetooth. "

The future of IOS features are harder to predict than the hardware-level specifications, as Apple does not have to worry about information leaks through supply chains, but iLounge has a good record and Apple needs a series of striking features that show with your iPhone 5 on September 12 .

The direct exchange of data between devices would not only be a great feature, plus increase the value of combining various Apple devices. Increasingly viewed not only what the smartphone or tablet can be done, but what they can do all the devices working together, from software, hardware and content services.

On the other hand, iLounge has also reported the possibility that Apple uses a micro 8-pin dock connector rather than the rumored 19-pin . If so all the prototypes seen so far come to nothing.

As I say, we will soon see if all these rumors (and emerging) are real or are just that, rumors.

Would you like that Apple implemented in iPhone OS 6 the ability to pass data via Bluetooth?
