Saurik Cydia.com complaint

Saurik Amazingly, the creator of Cydia does not own the domain Saurik.com and just sue the owners for what he considers a fraudulent site.

Apparently Cydia.com was just a page of ads that existed before the existence of alternative store for the iPhone, but when it started to become popular it became a forum on iPhone and Cydia, where pretending to be the official forum of Cydia.

Saurik why a complaint has to get pass the domain name and to bear the cost that this has caused.
