With No Mail Animations animations you can delete mail, opening an email, to go back to trays, etc.. This will make it appear that your iPhone does something more fluid and will earn "some time", very little but something.
I tried a bit ugly and personally, I prefer applications like FakeClockUp, increasing the speed of the animation and this really makes it seem that your iPhone is faster.
