Sad news that just happened minutes ago. Steve Jobs leaves his post as CEO of Apple and Tim Cook comes to occupy its place in the Cupertino company.
"I always thought that if one day be unable to continue my work as CEO of Apple you would be the first to find out. Unfortunately, the day has come.
Resigns as CEO of Apple, but we have started the plan of succession and Tim Cook will take my place.
I think Apple's brightest days are ahead of Apple and I will help this happen to play a new role.
I have made some of the best friends in my life and I thank Apple all these years of working with you.
