HiddenCalllog is a modification that will allow you to hide your recent calls, it offers very good protection and has a password or something, simply out of the way for someone (who does not have an iPhone) can not see with the naked eye.
To hide and show the calls you have to press the button on the top right corner to clear calls and the option will refresh, this button hides and shows recent calls. No big deal but at least it's free.
