As you know the upload feature is enabled in Safari for our iPhones, but you can activate Enabler Upload Safari, just go to Cydia and install it.
Best of all, you can choose to upload photos or files, so if you choose to have your photo library with the reel as you see in the iPhone, you'll see files such iFile.
You can configure it from the settings of your iPhone.
