In this video you can see a few improvements to the notification center in IOS 5, and the truth is that after trying iOS 5 am more than agree that some improvements could use very well.
For example shows a notification icon in the status bar so that we know from any application if we have something pending widgets also integrated into the notification center, plus some improvements as the possibility of getting the menus of the notification center as we do LockInfo and a sure thing that Apple term integrity, non-intrusive calls that appear as notices and not interrupt you while you do something.
