It seems that we have to substitute in IOS SBSettings 5, called BBSettings and (or not) is integrated into the notification center. As you can see the buttons as well as Wifi, 3G, airplane mode, etc. is also typical SBSettings favorite applications, memory information and networking options, off, respring, etc. and a few sliders to control the brightness and sound, basically SBSettings same thing but adapted to the notification center of IOS 5.
