We added a new demand for Apple filed against Samsung in the Netherlands, in this case to prevent the sale of the Galaxy series in Europe. The reason is the same in recent months: the alleged copying of designs iPhone. The lawsuit includes all models of Samsung Galaxy, including some who are having good sales on the continent.
And this time Apple has gone further by sending letters to companies that have agreements with Samsung and they are selling any model of the Galaxy series:
"For your information please note that the store, offer and / or sell any Galaxy model above, you are infringing the rights of property of Apple Inc."
Apple also urges companies to stop offering such devices in 14 days. It is clear that Apple's legal team is not going to break the competition.
