The fact that Amazon will launch this summer an online application store for Android devices and so-called "AppStore" did nothing of grace to Apple, who immediately filed a lawsuit to prohibit competition use "his name." The draft resolution in the United States did not go well for Apple's legal team, as the judge decided, for now, that Apple could not be done with the power of a name so generic.
More luck have Apple's lawyers in Germany have succeeded in blocking the AppStore Amazon in the country, so that developers can not send German applications. According to Amazon announces, "this will only occur temporarily due to blockage of Apple." Now both parties have more time to present evidence.
