In March, Apple denounced his great competitor, Amazon, for making use of the term "App Store" for its new-store applications. According to the media now reports Bloomberg , Apple has everything to lose in this lawsuit which alleged that Amazon "is using a general word that refers to the product it sells and that Apple has no right to seize it."
Apparently, the judge hearing the case agrees with Amazon in this statement and certainly rejects the request to Apple. So, Apple still has time to provide further evidence of a possible violation of the term.
