TomTom has updated to version 1.8 developed its positioning software for the iPhone where you have added the new face following the summer departure of operation:
- TOMTOM MAPS UPDATED: roads change constantly. On average, 15% of roads change every year. Your TomTom App update includes latest maps.
- MULTI-STOP ROUTES: Make your travel easier. With up to five stops on your trip, you can pick your friends and visit various places of interest easier to plan the route once.
Developers also emphasize that this new version no longer compatible with the EDGE iPhone and iPod Touch first generation so if you are in this case you can not upgrade or reinstall the version 1.7 (unless you Jailbreak) .
