Sn0wbreeze has been updated to jailbreak IOS 5b2. Sn0wbreeze With custom firmware you do not raise the baseband, but if you need to keep the baseband recommend using Redsn0w .

The jailbreak is tethered (tied), except for the iPhone 3G with old bootrom is untethered.
