Not all phone companies in the U.S. have an agreement with Apple to sell iPhones. One is T-Mobile, which despite not having sold directly to the iPhone 4 or above, can boast of having more than one million customers have switched to your company.
The reasons? The poor coverage of AT & T and the high prices of this and Verizon. T-Mobile emerges as a good alternative to those who will not fall under the yoke of the two operators in the country stronger. Hence, T-Mobile has one million customers who own an iPhone (most iPhone 4, according to the spokesman for the company last week). And this despite the fact that T-Mobile does not offer micro-sims (stakeholders make use of scissors to cut your cards) and that there are problems with Internet connectivity for being the network of T-Mobile at different frequencies (although iPhone 3G customers have no problems or 3G).
