IOS 5.0 allows updates wirelessly using the 3G network, or at least that's what one of the codes indicates the package developers. This is what the web has found 9to5Mac :
Apparently, the new IOS allows us to make minor software updates via the 3G telephone network. The requirements are that we have enough space on the device and a battery level best (if not, we skip a pop up on the phone letting us know.)
It is also expected to telephone companies allow these updates to their 3G networks, since we're talking about a considerable increase in the use of data transfer.
