Readability is an app that r educe to a minimum any article or website to enable us to read text. It is very similar to the "Reader" implemented by Apple in Safari for both OS X and iPhone OS.
What is interesting about this app is the ability to save articles or websites to read them later, synchronized across all devices. It supports all major browsers: Safari, Firefox and Chrome.
