Apple continues to expand the ways to solve their problems or concerns customers may have. So this week has launched a new section in the Apple store online, titled as "Responses of the Community". Thus, frequently asked questions are solved at the same time it invites users to participate in the forums.
As usual in this type of platform, Apple gives us the option of scoring the responses of users to give more exposure to those who have been the best or has been used to solve the problem. The section is headed by a search engine that helps you more quickly find your questions.
