Apple is not having much luck in their fight against the fine of 900,000 euros that Italy has made it "bad business practices." For now, Apple's legal team is appealing the judgment in the country, while other territories of the European Union stalk and threaten the company with new demands if it does not clarify the terms and conditions of Apple Care.
Finally, Apple has created a website where Disclaimers speaks of the "Apple Products and legal guarantees in the European Union." This page is an attempt to cover their backs to the possibility of new lawsuits by consumer organizations.
This section has enabled Apple to find all the information related to the guarantee of European Union law and information about the operation and coverage offered by Apple Care.
