Apple just released an update to iTunes that addresses the following issues:

• It solves several problems that could cause iTunes to terminate unexpectedly when playing videos, resize the artwork on display and sync photos Grid devices.
• Resolves an issue where WindowEyes VoiceOver and incorrectly described some elements of the iTunes interface.
• Resolves an issue where iTunes could become unresponsive when syncing an iPod nano or iPod shuffle.
• Solve a problem by exploring the purchase of TV episodes in the iTunes library on Apple TV.

The update is completely safe for jailbroken iPhones, you can restore using custom firmware, if you do SHSH downgrades, synchronize without problems, etc.. So if you have a jailbroken iPhone you need not worry, you can update with ease.
