The latest in Spam: Tim Cook gives the 100 billion dollars of Apple

tim cook spam Lo último en Spam: Tim Cook te da los 100 mil millones de dólares de Apple

News, at least, comical. A few hours before Apple CEO Tim Cook announced what would be done with some of the 100 billion dollars in cash, the inboxes of many people in California were filled with Spam. In the email, purportedly signed by the same Tim Cook, made sure that when "Steve Jobs died, deposited 100 billion dollars in a California bank" (here is the first fallacy evident as much of this cash is in other countries to save on taxes and the money was not the former CEO, but the company itself).

"I have decided to donate this money to religious organizations or NGOs, but an individual person," he claimed in this email false. It seeks to make the victim believe that access to this money to help do good between "widows, orphans and those who suffer physical problems."

In the last paragraph, the email claims that give you the bank information once they respond to accept the money. At this point you will get a certificate ensuring that you own that has the 100 billion dollars. "The longer you respond, I have a better chance of ending donating money to an organization or religious community," he urges the recipient of the email.

One of the most comical and ridiculous Apple-related spam. Hopefully no one "naughty". You can read the full email Gizmodo .
