NCRotationLock add a small button at the bottom of the notification center as you see in the video, since that button you can toggle the display rotation lock just as you do by invoking the multitasking and sliding to the right but much faster and without touching the Home button.
We have seen similar buttons for the notification center to write an SMS, Tweet or even to invoke Siri from the notification center , some of which are flexible placement, because if you have several may overlap.
