The dispute that Apple and Motorola are active in the courts around the world seems to be leaving in the background legal battles between Samsung and the Cupertino company. Once again, Motorola stands to win against Apple. The apple's legal team suing Motorola for violation of several patents filed by Apple, including one related to the multi-touch screen devices present in IOS.
Last January, the U.S. court pronounced in favor of Motorola and Apple asked to submit further evidence. Finally, the court decided today that there is insufficient evidence that Motorola violated the patents. But how could it be otherwise, Apple's legal team has already announced it will appeal the ruling.
A story that seems endless.
