iConRotator will make your icons to rotate when you turn your iPhone as iPhone does, a very visual change is very well achieved, because even rotate icons in folders or icons that stay in the background when you have a open folder.
We have seen changes of this type, even more complete, but no free, so if you like visual changes or use your iPhone in landscape mode you will love.
