FastBlurriedNotificationCenter: blur effect in the center of notifications (Cydia)

FastBlurriedNotificationCenter is the enhanced version of BlurriedNCBackground, what it does is blur the background of your screen notification center, the difference is that this new BlurriedNCBackground modification slows the opening of the notification center.

In addition FastBlurriedNotificationCenter blurs your notification center as you open it, creating a nice effect you can see in the video.
