The company recently started a legal war Motorola patent against Apple. Motorola is backed by a portfolio containing over 18,000 patents and behind the whole thing hides Google. The search has opened a Silicon Valley-buying process Motorola, pending approval by relevant regulatory commissions in the United States.
So far, Motorola has dealt several blows to Apple in countries like Germany, where the sale of iPhones and iPads came to be threatened for several hours. Now Apple has sued Google in U.S. courts and requests publishing all kinds of documents related to the purchase that Google is being carried out by 12,500 million. The judge has already issued a court order requesting this information to Motorola, but the legal team ensures that the defendant company can not ask Google to publish these documents because they have not yet made the purchase.
With this lawsuit Apple again shows that he wants to protect against future attacks of Motorola, which could become worse if the procurement process comes finally to be fulfilled.
