"We love books," says Schiller. But as we all know "are heavy and expensive." So, Apple presents "iBooks 2," which will also involve young people in learning and reading. In a demo you can see the shelf iBooks and education books. It opens a manual of Biology and definitely shows that a paper book can not compete with an eBook, since we can view photos in 3D. Another important change is that you no longer need to go to the glossary to look up the meaning of a word: clicking on the term you do not know we know their meaning directly. It also incorporates a search engine to make navigation faster.

The books have two ways of reading that can change the interaction in some cases: horizontal and vertical. These manuals also help us prepare for exams. For example, in a geography book we are asked to point the finger a country blank map showing.

New features also allow us to create study cards with words (in front of the card) and their relationships or meanings (including behind the virtual token). All this is found in "My Notes".

iBooks 2 is now available and can be downloaded from the App Store (for iPhone). Textbooks can be found in a new section of the store, "Textbooks."
