Motorola last year began a legal battle against Apple. Things were not any good for the Cupertino lawyers in the German courts last December and the company will reach an agreement with Motorola to make the situation worse.
With this achievement behind him, again Motorola accuses Apple of patent misuse related to the iPhone 4s and icloud and has filed suit in the courts of Florida (USA). The patents are related to the antenna of the iPhone 4s, data transmission, wireless technologies and messaging.
In the lawsuit, Motorola's legal team added the following note:
"Apple's unlawful activities have caused and continue to cause irreparable harm to Motorla Mobility."
And just as in past trials, Motorola says "has worked hard to bring all of these patents." The courts will now decide whether Apple has violated any of the six patents that Motorola shows in its application.
