Crown in Cydia just updated to fix the problem with iBooks in IOS 5.0.1 jailbreak untethered.
It is recommended to those who already have the untethered jailbreak 5.0.1 IOS to install this tweak or run the new Redsn0w (just run and uncheck all boxes, including the Install Cydia).
If you had applied another solution to iBooks recommend uninstall and install it.
Not compatible with iPhone and iPad 4S 2.
UPDATE: it has become to upgrade to version 1.0-7
