LockLauncher added to your lock screen 9 icons with which you can quickly access your favorite applications. Configure the applications you want to appear easy, just click the blue arrow above left and click on the icon you want to change, you will choose the application you want.
You can download it for free on Cydia.
The repo'll find ModMyi (careful because there are other payment application with the same name in the BigBoss repo).
You need to have done the jailbreak.
