Siri0us, recently released the Cydia application that emulates the voice recognition to dictate text Siri Cydia on iPhone 3G 4 and has been removed from Cydia.
The reason is that Nuance used the service, which had sought to "buy" the service to the application (buy the right to use, that is), but Nuance has rejected it. The application was free and could download from the repo http://apt.if0rce.com in the video you can see how it worked, added a microphone button that allowed you to dictate text.
Pronto would include Spanish among their languages.
If downloaded in time still follow you running and although not the repo official yet can download other unofficial.
